Universal is the platform that designs and brings to life the digital nervous system of a large infrastructure: building, airport, factory, or any built space. It works indistinguishably on a virtual model, on a BIM model inherited from a common CAD/BIM tool (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, Tekla) consolidated into IFC4X3, or directly on an already-standing structure via scan-to-BIM survey. Whatever the source, Universal coordinates the topology of the interconnection system and gives each element (sensor, actuator, equipment, duct) a precise place in the plan, via Pset_SentinelAnchors indexed by IfcGuid and Brick Schema ontology. Once the system is in place, everything that happens afterward is recorded at its exact position: each command sent to a piece of equipment through the MERIDIAN bridge with its spatial context, each operational event (Rego cascade, BCF 3.0 Topic auto-created), each long-term observation (IfcAnnotation persisted outside the frozen model). Opening the model five years after delivery no longer gives only the geometry: it restores the full operational history of the building, hash-chained Ed25519, signed eIDAS, viewable as IFC + COBie + glTF. Native compliance with ICAO Annex 14, IATA AHM, NFPA 415, GACA SR, SBC 301.

Universal reads the CAD/BIM artifacts produced by architecture firms in their usual tools and consolidates the model into IFC4X3 frozen. It anchors sensors via Pset_SentinelAnchors, orients MERIDIAN onto the actuators, produces the eIDAS-signed handover pack for the competent authorities, then continues to receive post-delivery cascade events.

    Universal does not pretend to author the BIM: it reads what Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Tekla, Bentley AECOsim produce. The architech-sync CLI watches saves. IfcOpenShell + libredwg HEAD sidecars, magic-byte sniffing.

    eIDAS handover

    Qualified multi-actor eIDAS-signed pack: frozen IFC v1.0, 2D plans, schedules, warranty contacts, GACA certificates. Starts the 10/2/1 year warranties. The lifecycle continues: every operations cascade annotates Universal for the architects of future renovations.

Aviation is one use case among others (building, hospital, factory, port, datacenter). From regional 2-runway to mega-hub 6-runway, Universal synthesizes the multi-level model, indexes zones (air-side, ground-side, secured, public) and anchors sensors via Pset_SentinelAnchors.
